I just got emberstrike, but it was dropped as a epic. It has chain energy and mortal energy with the ignited IV gem. Did they change it or do i have to keep farming to get the legendary?

Farmed Kilgoran for 4hours, never got Emberstrike. I was determined, but sadly I have to give up at this point.

Might be my bad luck or 1.1 Void Update changed drops... Also no information about WaterMark for the drop

What's the lockout for this drop? Since its a 570 gear score sword, do I need my sword gear watermark to also be around 570? I just reached the endgame and the highest sword gear watermark that I have is 520. Will it not drop for me then?
