So, RNG is insane with this one -- someone on my server got this his 2nd drop.. as for ME though, I farmed from level 41.0 flat (min. level to obtain) and am currently level 43.8 - I am at kill count #765, and finally received this item -- effectively a 0.1307189% drop rate.
To gauge, I've received SIX legendary earrings from this boss before a single musket.
Additional Information:
8% worn luck gear (no jewelry, as it has said to be bugged) - and I even went as far to log out on each session unflagged, log in and re-flag, as it was noted that it could be a potential issue. Additionally, for all except for 100 of these kills, I was PvP flagged, for an effective ~38% luck.. the grind is over.
